The white cloud walker has been predominant in my kennels for the last 25+ years. The first white cloud dog I hunted with was owned by Mark Upshaw. He had got the young male from Bennie and Roger Holland. This dogs name was Snow. He was a track driving game catching hound with an unbelievable amount of grit. I was hunting three saddleback Black and Tans that were as good as they get. They treed me hundreds of bobcats, grey fox, bear and lion.. But when I was able to see the speed, and hunting desire of these white cloud bred dogs I decided to try and get a young one. No one would sell me one... Mark had received a pup from Roger and Bennie he named Hawkeye. A few months later he called me and asked if I wanted to buy Hawk. I said yes and the rest is history. Hawk was my first in a long line of white cloud dogs. I bought a female pup from Emmett Causey that was out of The same strain as hawk. Her grandfather was Causeys White Cloud Lucifer. I have been blessed with some truly amazing white cloud hounds that will forever be remembered. Some of the dogs I have raised and hunted are, Hawk, Sadie, Star, Dakota, Cheyenne , Rock, Snow, king, Sue. These were all Fishers white cloud dogs...

I bought part of Bobby Lyles kennel when he sold out. I had been getting young dogs from him already. Some Indians that hunt on the coast of NC bought some of them and I think they still own some today.I have since sold all my White Cloud dogs. I had some that I liked pretty good and some were just ok. They are a very interesting strain of dogs with a lot of history behind them.
