reform does not have to happen in the form of a revolution.... educating the people can be just as effective.

While I do wish that were true, there are very few instances in history where educating people constitutes reform. In fact, the contrary is true. Educating people usually means going to war with them...literally. "Education" is the very tool that the liberal left is trying to boast that they have....us freak gun people who cling to our god and our guns are the uneducated ones...or so they will tell us. Fact is, I do beleive in education....i really beleive in education with a big middle finger if needed. And, moroever, I beleive in education with a solid revolution or war if needed. So did our founding fathers whom we all respect.

The reason I think this country will survive with liberty and justice for all is the young man that started this post is only 14 years old and shows wisdom beyond his years.
History will continually repeat itself if as a human race we do not learn from the mistakes of the past. Coyote said it correctly that it is a battle between conservatism and liberalism. And as for as I am concerned Old Nikita said it best in the 1950's; "We will take you over from withiin." "Small doses of socialism at a time and one day you will wake up communist." DAH What the hell do you think is happening comrad!!!

This trend of health premiums going up is a direct result of people who cant afford insurance and then not paying their bill. which in turn increases premium rates and creates more people who cant afford insurance and dont pay their bill. Pile onto that illegal aliens who dont pay and insurance fraud.

Please don't forget the people that abuse our legal system and sue the doctors that try to save they lives and can't. I think the lawers in this country are as responsible as anyone for the price of health care. Also, the insurance companies are making a killing off of the average american that tries to do thins right and pay for their health ins. without going to the doctor for every stupid little thing. There is nothing personal about personal health insurance.

Scott, you pretty much got it right. An over simplified (but, not by much) answer is GREED on the part of everyone involved.
