This tom presents what is the problem with the permits. I let him go the end of Feb. I estimate him to be a young tom 110 to 120 lb. 90% of the tag holders would shoot him. If someone is going to kill a cougar I would rather they shoot a 90 lb. sub than a tom this size that has a lot of size potential.
