I've learned long time ago, Don't ever brag up a dog until it's dead!
They sure know how to make you look like a fool at just the right times.

How to unlock a DC50 if I forgot the PIN
I cant remember the PIN on a couple of my DC50 collars and can't get them unlocked. Is there a way to do this? I can share wirelessly with other Astros just fine, but the collars stays locked and you cant add the collar to another unit with just the ID #.

Re: pain reliever
I have always given my dogs Rimadyl, it helps with the pain and swelling.

My new Toyota dog box
Decided it was time to build a bigger box for the dogs. Now there's plenty of room!

Are these closed door meetings, or open to the public? I work over the April session, but am free over the May one otherwise would volunteer.

Re: How many dogs needed to hunt lions
I think it depends a lot on the type of country you are hunting and the type of dog you are running. I have hunted and caught hundreds of lions with one dog. Most of my country has big timber and bay ups are rare, but do occasionally happen.

Re: Best flashlight.
I got a Surefire last year and I am impressed with how bright it is. It is compact, has multiple settings, and is well built. The only thing I don't like is it takes a different battery than the standard AA or AAA . I hate having to carry multiple types of batteries with me.

Re: THE TOUGHEST HOUND BREED????????????
I personally wouldn't want an extremely gritty dog. Rather have one that is smart enough to stay back when need be but can still put the pressure on game. If you want a dog that's going to grab onto everything it can, expect a lot of expensive trips to the vet or a dead dog.

Re: Kennel or Chain?
I keep my hounds in a large kennel approx. 150 x 200'. It has a good mixture of brush and trees providing good shade and ample room for them to roam. I believe it's good for a dog to have the chance to live the life of a dog. Who would want to sit on the end of a chain or live on a concrete floor ...
