Those of you who are feeding meet, how much are you giving them each day?

Have fed sportmix 24/20 and 24/18. Both nice feeds. Dogs eat a lot less of it than they did on Purina. Slick shiny coats and perform well

I’ve sold dog food 45 yrs now, about every brand that’s sold in the state of Louisiana. All dog food that’s being milled now days will get the job done on any kind of dog down in this part of the country if the dog is in good health. I think that would be true for any part of the USA. Think about it like this, dog feed companies don’t want to sell you a few bag of feed. They want to sell you dog food for a life time. It’s not to their advantage to sell something that want work. I’ve found the problem with livestock feed of any kind is the condition the animal is living in.

Like it has been said you can not do than meat but you need organ meat for a complete mean. Some fish is great also.

You can buy 10 lbs beef tripe for 10$’ I don’t know how much you should feed. Would have to mix some canned vegetables with it.

I noticed several people are experincing hot spots associated with their dog food. Buy a bag of powered sulfur and a cheap garbage can that will hold50 lbs. Open the bag pour half in the can. Add 1/2 cup of sulfur and mix with food. Boat paddle or shovel wouks good. Then repeat the process on whats left. You cant hurtby adding to much sulfur. It goes out of system with the poop. Sulfur does an excellent job on cleaning up blood system,insect repellent and intefnal parisite control. After feeding this for a couple of months you can rub your hand down their bach,and uyou can smell sulfur. Feed it year round and you will ser it works and you really didnt need a special formular feed
