I say quite the contrary. Pursuit is EASY ! The game commission scoffs at the idea because when the houndsmen ask for it .. they want to introduce a new FEE or License. In NM these new fees must be approved by the legislature.. this is difficult.

All you have to do is require a full fledged cougar ...

Pursuit is the only solution. Cause those females are gonna die .. no amount of education is going to help. The almighty dollar and the weekend hunter that never catches much will fill that female quota every time.

Best focus on a pursuit season.
