daughter's oregon muley
Tougher hunt than we expected. Snow didn't show up like the weather guy said. Deer were still in the timber. Bucks were still crusin instead of being herded up. But we set a 170" goal and she got it done. 300 win mag. She's shot 4 bullets at animals with it and killed all 4 of them. Pretty proud dad.

Re: F#@%in Nieghbors
The house my dad lives in now was my grampas old house. About 30 yrs ago one of the neighbers was complaining about the dogs barking. My grampa took his worst dog over to the guys house and said , is this the dog that has been barking. The guy said yes it is him. My grampa pulled out his pistol and ...

So for you guys with sleds...which one would be best to pull the trailer i built for the dogs? I put hitches on both sleds. And do ice ...

Re: chain saw attack
That's funny. Cause my 13 year old son just broke his femur on sunday the 28th riding dirt bikes and had to have emergency surgery to put a rod thru the bone. I think he saw the weather forecast coming up the next few weeks and wanted some time off school to go with me. Great minds think alike ...

Weather I like his style or not its true. If I dont like it I can choose to not read it. But the man knows cats and dogs and ...

Re: Mt. emily unit?
i hunted the watershed a couple years ago and have helped a few people who drew since then. the only problem is the size of the unit. pretty small...although with how steep it is you could hunt the whole season and not cover the same ground twice...unless there is alot of snow then the concentrated ...

by the time you get the tag you will know the unit like the back of your hand. my buddy has 10 points and the percentage tag book says he has 5 years left before he is guarenteed the tag. with point creep i bet its 10 years before you get it. unless you luck out and get in the 25% pool on the random ...
