2 down with a bay Video
Our group went out today. My buddy and I located 5 others and we waited for the rest of the group who was out and about trying to locate others. Dropped a few pups and had one up and jumped in no time. Came around in one little circle and a buddy shot 3 shots at it with the shotgun but didnt put it ...

Re: Hogs Gone Wild (Dogs on the show)
Ya I agree I know with the breeding rates of hogs killing 1-2 a night is going to get you no where with a farm that is covered in them. I bet if a few of you guys went to the farmers from the shows and caught 10-15 a night they would get the point of what true hog dogs can do to control the ...

Hogs Gone Wild (Dogs on the show)
I was just curious as to what you guys who have had or been around hog dogs all of your life thought about the dogs on the Discovery program. Personally I have never owned hog dogs and have only been around a few, but I have had hounds and bay dogs of different variations and species for awhile now ...

All black one and three others
Had a great weekend and got 3 males all around 40-42 pounds on the ground, and a beautiful all black female. She was a lot littler but who cares when she was the beautiful. Two were shot in front of the hounds and the other two wounded bayed then finished. Two males and the female were taken on ...

Redish/Blonde Coyote Down
We had a good chase today. It sure didn’t start off looking to good though. We had melting snow and spotty snow in the morning. It also froze over night so there was no looking for tracks before daylight. Hit the foxpro and had one light up in a bottom. Put some jump dogs in there and walked over ...

Our luck changed!
Our luck finally changed this weekend. We have had some great runs and some not so great runs over the last five weekends, but no matter how good or bad the run was we never ended up getting the coyote. This weekend we hunted one of our favorite spots with our usual crew and hounds. We cold trailed ...

Re: Beagles on bobs!
Would work great unless one treed. I know here in PA it is a lot more difficult to get them treed then it is out west. The guides here over the last years shoot about 80% or more on the ground. So I would think they would work great for this purpose. I just have no clue what you would do if one ...

My Running Walkers
Just wanted to share a few pics of my running walkers. Hailey is the brown and white one. She is 5 years old and runs coyotes, bobcats, and fox. Blitz is the brown and black one and she is 2 years old. She is mostly a coyote dog, but I have recently got her started on bobcats also. Rain is my now 3 ...

Re: hang dog
20 feet and he wasnt killed? He must have some cat in him. I have heard of coon dogs falling out of trees from 10 feet and breaking major bones, backs, or being killed. I would say you and him both got extremely lucky on that one.
