That is really awesome, out here in the flats there a a few people that run yotes with sight chase dogs (wolf-hounds and such) but we usually run curs on trap lines or with hounds on bear, coons, etc. Just curious, I just had a mixed up Lep. Cur/bluetick/black mouth cur (good dog) throw a litter ...

We use cur's and mixed up hounds; handel like a yard dog and work like a houd. And to answer everyone's question just for myself, we don't use them to kill, more humane ways to do that, but in the desert SW we use drags on traps in the sand and they don't always bind close to where they were set so ...

Hows it going, we hunt some hot desert country in NM and use trout lines in the bed of the truck during summer some too. If we're crusin the toyota we usually run a line diaganally and run 3-4 dogs on it with around 10-12 inch leads depending on the dog. Works well though!
