looks like a hell of a good time. to bad we don't have a chance to ever get areal human as president again. I don't care wether you agreed with his policy or personal views he had the guts to get things done in a honest straight forward manner.

Most of you probably know this as well but Teddy spent many months lion hunting with Goff as well. He killed numerous cougars one being the world record that held the position for many many decades. This 227 pound lion was killed in Rio Blanco, County near Meeker. Teddy felt there was no finer sport that a hunter could enjoy than being on a fine horse in the outdoors with a trained pack of hounds. I concur.

It is most depressing to even compare the likes of Teddy with what we are forced to endure these days and call Mr. President.

not likely since the jagd didn't exist yet
however the guide John Goff did run a white bulldog (Queenie) & a bulldogX (Turk) in his pack. the white dog in pic 44 w/ the semi pricked ears could be a pit bulldog. and the beefy blockheaded dog in pic 66 could be a bullcross but then there were a couple of beefy blockheads in the other photos. it would be nice if they named dogs other than skip.
