3 Curs and a bear

Got spanked today pretty good lol. It happen right in front of me so there was no guessing what happen. It wasn’t all bad, got on one right away and they had him caught pretty quick and treed. Hiked a few more miles and cut back on trail that led close to the truck, as I was taking a hairpin the three curs dropped off the side and I heard Ronin open and trail off away from me then make a hard turn and start right back at me. A few seconds later a small black bear crossed 40 yards in front with the curs 30 seconds behind him. I said “They got this bear” that was the kiss of death.. He strung my dogs out a good piece just couldn’t get him stopped.

Them little one are hard to stop even with good curs. Nice looking pack
