Is it legal to carry a firearm during pursuit season?
I looked through the OFT&H regs and couldn't find anything.
I know for rifle hunting there are some "odd" laws regarding what a person can carry and when.

My understanding is yes. Even though I do not carry a gun during pursuit season. I believe there was an issue with this but it was decided that it is your 2nd Ammendment right to carry a firearm. I googled it a few years ago and it came up with all sorts of information.

You can carry a gun at all [most times] but not in some cases if hunting. The right to carry a gun is given. If you have a gun while pursuing and get stopped I will say that you will be looked at and watched very close. You might be surprised at what they can find or how long they can look if they think you are in violation, if you are or not. Dewey

Don't rock the boat is my recommendation. I don't push my luck.. always my luck I'd do something I thought was legal that isn't.
