I spoke with him a few months ago, and he hunted with a friend of mine this past October in Magdalena. Seems to be doing alright.

I had a Washburn female like my wife Nora said, She was a nice enough dog that was maybe 45 or 50 lbs, she was for sure not worth culling she just didn't have enough hart for me. I have a Marosok / Wasburn cross female right now that is 47 lbs and very leggy, I love this dog, very well balanced, handles like a dream and a pleasure to hunt.

Washburn Dogs
Hi My name is Brooks Washburn Jr. I am the grandson of Jerry Washburn. Jerry and Gerry Washburn were twins. I came across some pictures in old family albums from my father (Brooks Washburn)
I am looking for some information on the Washburn Bred of hounds. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
I am also looking for Gerry Washburn and his kennel. Any information about him would also be welcome.
I can be emailed at bwashbu23@yahoo.com. Thank you!
