saddle scabbard / saddle bag????

Alright guys i'm looking for a saddle scabbard that sits verticle on the front of the saddle, it also has a small saddle bag on the opposite side to balance the weight. I getting it for my brother in law for xmas, one of his buddies had one but I cant seem to find one any where on the internet. He said when riding you could rest your arm on the but of the gun if that helps any. Hope you guys can help, its getting close to crunch time for x mas.
