a real head scratcher?

Post by PIGLET »

Ok i have a question, i good buddy of mine dog died last summer so all he had was 3 young pups so i let him have one of my good dogs, i get it back whenever i need her or when he feels comfortable with his young dogs doing the job. Well this year he has caught a dozen lion and half dozen bobcat with this dog, I have caught 6 lion and a couple bobcat so the question is when someone asks how many cats did you catch this year do i get to count all the cats my dogs have caught this year or just what i caught?lol

Well, if you play the number game then i guess you would add them all up and hell maybe even add a few, but if you don't care about the numbers then who cares. my question to you is.. was this really a head scratcher? :beer

well adding a few is a given! im a hounddogger so when i give you a number divide it by 2 and subtract half of that and your usually getting close!lol

Piglet, we times our catches by 5 then add 10 more to that at the end of the year...usually comes out to 15 when we do the math.

Take care, jason
I'm thankful for being dumb and slow, then i don't have to over think this stuff.

times don't work for me, then mine would only be 10 and a true hounddogger can lie better than that! my motto "a lie stuck to is just as good as the truth" words to live by!

I have a name for that kind of counting. I call it " community count". Few years ago someone killed a real big bear with dogs here in N.H. Within a week , I heard of 6 different guys who claimed they took that bear. Finally deciphered it. 2 of the guys were actually there and had dogs on it, another guy used to own one of the dogs,2 other guys, the week before, had hunted with the fellas that killed the bear, and the 6th guy was over the house drinking beer in the garage where the bear was hanging. See , its a "community" bear. Look how many guys that bear made happy !!!
