HOLY CRAP! I didn't know I needed to be so specific. So no I am not hunting completelly by myself. Me and friends are going out and treeing cats. I personally have not killed one yet. A buddy of mine treeded a 175lbs tom that I shot two years ago and I probely wont shoot another one til I catch a bigger one. Our quota here is nine and it usually has closed by now so yes we hunt pretty hard when is snows or you may not get to. And yes we have alot of cats around here. I have probely seen more than 20-25 tracks this year, yes some of those are the same one's i'm sure, but since I am still learning I only turn out on the really fresh tracks. It seems to be working because we have only not caught 2 cats. One being the very first one and this morning we tried a day old track that made about 3 circles around us and it didn't pan out to well and it didnt snow as much as it thought it was going to. Anyway, well get him tomorrow. Oh! and were only killing toms worth killing. The last one we got was over 10 years old and 152lbs. Is that ethically enough for ya Shadow Hunter?

London yes you will find you need to be specific on here. Aside from the idiots who want to challenge everyone, I firmly believe we have some fish and game wardens and informants on this site. If you arnt specific you may just find yourself having to explain yourself.

I fail to see what is so funny. I agree with Bearhunter though. Besides the internet police questioning everything that is said, there may be actual law enforcement reading these posts. I do believe most houndsmen try to stay on the legal and ethical side of things.
