I'm just really curious... How the heck do you get a pet deer?

They rescued it as a fawn, and couldn't get rid of it, now it just hangs around the house. It's favorite foods are dog food and chicken scratch.

That's pretty cool.

Dad and I drove down a road with a bunch of dogs and I said "STOP! those people had an elk on a leash" He didn't believe me. Sure enough we turn around and they have a baby elk on a lead rope. We pulled right up and the dogs didn't bark, they prolly thought it was a set up lol. Apparently the mom had got hit by a car and they found it and stepped in. We tried to have them call the fish and game and they wouldn't... They just said they would kill it. So we left after taking some pix of it :)
