foldable long range garmin antenna

Post by diego25Jaramillo »

Have you of you had issues picking up signal on your dogs when the fold-able long range antenna is being used? Every time I try mine out I cant seem to pick up signal on my dogs and they could be only a few hundred yards out. I seem to be getting better signal out of my factory antenna rather than my fold-able one.

Which one are you talking about? The folding one that Buddy sells, or the Portable Long range antenna. I know it telescopes but some call it a folding antenna.

I have been using the magnetic mount antenna for your rig that comes from garmin and it works awesome really extends the signal distance and when I get close I just switch to the factory antenna and off to the tree I go just my two cents. Kenny
