looking good. have you enjoyed the cold weather? it got brisk here for sure! got some snow in the high country too. haven't been up to scout it though, figured it was cool enough to hang out lower. my poor ol' mutts thought the end was near.

pegleg,

The worst part is getting wet and being cold the whole time...so no im not really enjoying the weather, other than it makes catching lions easier.

camp dry. i don't mind a little cold, but a combo of wet and cold remind me of a ex too much. go ahead spoil those dogs and they will move north.

Nice cat Mike! I have been so busy at the taxidermy shop that I barely have time to sleep, much less hunt! Spring bear is coming up though, Howie and Sadie are ready to get it done!, Dad has took them out a few times while I was at work, he has caught 2 mountain lion and three bobcat, the few times he went out. His first lion was a accident, he was just roading the dogs when Howie hit a track and opened up, dad didnt know what he was after but he had Sadie, Striker, and Jethro, they all took off, opening up on him, he parked the four wheeler, finally made it back there and found they had a lion in the tree. He was shocked! I wish I had the time to spend with the dogs that he does, I guess I am lucky though, even though I am at work my dogs are getting hunted, and gaining the much needed experince, Howie doesnt need the experience, he is awesome, he is a truely great dog, he isnt the fastest dog when we road them but in the woods that dog gets it done, he always seems to be the first at the tree. I think he has a little arthritis, he limps on one of his back legs when it is cold out, but once the chase is on he doesnt show it, he gets it done. He is a great dog to have with all my younger dogs, I can only hope that the rest of the pack will be half as good as Howie. I cant wait till spring, I WILL be taking time off to chase some bears. Let me know if you are going to sell anymore dogs! I couldnt possibly be more happy with the two I got from you, Howie and Sadie are truely great hunting dogs!!!! Both are very well mannered and the most obedient hunting dogs I have ever been arround.

Thanks for the great dogs Mike, Good hunting and run the pads off those hounds!
