Who would that be, probably know them? In the coon dog line, the old hickory nut harry dogs was bear machines. A little hipper, I had a grand daughter off harry and sacket, which is a splash in my dogs today. They had respectable noses, tough, fast, and if a bear stopped, in this thick swamp country, it was going to get ate up, or climb, I owned three, litter mates, and if i remember, i believe 5 of 9 pups was killed on bear during their career. The fault, just a few rigged. For my program, i want natural rig dogs in my line, or try to)). LOLStrawberryMt wrote:I know a dang good bunch tied at a guys house between Antigo and Birnamwood

X2. I'm not letting my breed out to hunt against it. Usually I sell several states away. A very good friend of mine, just got two pups off my willy dog. He is local, he also signed a contract, which wasn't built around friendship. Its very clear and strict. As an old timer told me, i got what you want, there is going to be some rules here. If you dont like my rules, dont play in my sandbox.

Know this is a old post but was thinking maybe someone here could help me. Thanks very much for the reply but I had the chance to buy one of the best young Walker females that I know of and she is now part of my kennel hopefully it works out to get some pups out of her. What are the major differences between the sw nance dogs and what people are running in Michigan as far as blood lines and characteristics?
