Quicktrax and WCT collar

Just talked to the people and WCT and they steered me in the direction of a quictrax 10 reciever wondering what people think of this rig mounted on antenae. I am new to hound hunting and wanted the garmin but think telemetry is a better route any thoughts would be great

I think you will do just fine with one of those, but a tracker maxima might be better and you can always use those with a larger yagi antenna if you need to.
