What does it take to be legal to pursue lion in AZ for a non-resident? Not looking on killing, just want to leave some snow for awhile

You need a non resident hunting license and a non res lion tag. Both over the counter. You can get them at the GnF office or at any walmart.

Most the units close at the end of May but if you look at the regs there are several that are open year around.
