How can I bring my female in heat???

Hey guys I have female that i want bred but she is not comeing into heat anytime soon and I want to change her heat cycle if i could so i was wondering if anybody has used the shot to do it and what they think of it? or if any other method i could try would be much appreciated...

put her in a pen with another bitch in heat

i have always heard that put her in the pen with a male dog makes them come in heat sooner

The above responses seem to work the best for dogs.
Horses require a set amount of heat and sunlight to ovulate.
However, you might try duct taping a credit card to her collar, can't hurt any.

Thanks for the responses and info... I will try the female thing this week but i was still curious what effects they get from the shot??

If you are real serious there is an implant the vets can do that absolutely bring them in--- cost is about $125 just for the implant..(may be more by now.)
If you are REAL SERIOUS I can get you a contact in Ohio that can tell you more.
