I have a dog that got knocked up by her liter mate wOndering what will the puppies end up like any thoughts of what to do would be great

Lota people do this type of breeding on purpose.....but in this type of cross all genes get magnified...so you have to be prepared to cull really hard...it helps to know a lot on the back ground of the dogs in order to kno where the cross might be headed.... so its basically up to you its about like going to las vegas you might come up with a winning hand and u might come up empty handed
