If you are using garmin collars and also use the training (shock) collars be careful. I was hunting cats last spring and was running a pretty good track when one hound just blipped off the map. I got in front of the other hounds but to find out that my little female had already went thru. so I tried calling her and used to stimulus collar to no avail. 4 days later and 2 nites of -25 below I locate her. "ALIVE" but thin. so I check ovrer the collar. it turns on and still has good charge. so I start playing around with the 2 collars combined. the sharp corners of the old trainer can hit the button and shut it off. but it only happens with the side of the trainer collar that doesnt have the antenna on it. the antenna works as a guide to keep it away from the button. I use an older Tri Tronics.
But from now on when I run a hound with with both collars I make sure to turn the garmin so the button is out and away from theflat side of the trainer.
Hope this save someone the heart ache that I had to got thru. It always gut rentching when a good hound goes missing.

I could see that. I always use my normal dog collar to help separate them.
