Anyone know this dog, red branded plott, California

At High Sierra Animal Rescue in Portola, CA.
I know this shelter takes dogs from all over so who knows how she got there? I do know this shelter does NOT take owner surrender dogs, they only take from county shelters.
Hopefully she is just not yet ANOTHER abandoned dog as we are having a problem with that around here every year now............however we are also having a problem with the public removing dogs collars, so who knows just yet...I'm hoping someone will recognize her and claim her or name the 'owner' for us all to see.

The M and W freeze branded on the ears is MIke Williams...he use to and may still run an add as Neshoba Kennels or soemthing like that. He sells alot of dogs so I would assume it is not his but u could possibly start there. If no one can find the owner she is definately worth a shot at rescuing.

This dogs owner supposedly moved to southern california and turned the dog over to the animal control officer according to the animal shelter.

I don't know any local guys that just moved to So. Cal. but that's more info than they gave me...but I still think it's a big windy....she is either stolen or abandoned.

Check with Ursus Plotts, it looks like his branding. He could have sold the dog to someone in California.
