The Hound dog world lost a Good man the other night when Boone Shockly died. What a man he was not only a Great cat & bear hunter but a Great dog man he knew how to train and bred dogs like no one I knew. I'll never forget him telling me THAT A DOG SHOULD BE HALF WOREN OUT BY 2YRS OLD NOT JUST STARTED

He was a man with alot of knowledge on hunting. I had the opportunity to hunt with him for many years, Thanks to a good friend of mine who got me in to hunting with him.I had the chance to hunt with him even last year every weekend. Now he will be missed. Heck he is already missed by a bunch of us.He had words that will stick with us for the rest of our lives.
I can see him treeing cats with his best dogs that has passed right now. He has a few copilots with him as well up there.
