Is puchasing the 320 Astro with dc40 collars a good idea

Post by sdakotatough »

Please let me know. I amd looking to buy a new garmin. Buddy said to stay away from the 220.

I tried the tek 1.0 sportdog. Its junk. No topo, no track . Signal dropping alot.

So going to go back to the garmin. Have owned the 220 with d30 collars, always dropping signal.

So I am hoping the 320 with the dc40 is a better idea to buy.

All comments will be helpful......

I love my 320 and the whole interface on it. The 40 seems to be tracking fine, but haven't had a chance to really test it yet. I'll let you know when lion opens in a few weeks!!

If you can find dc30 use them. The 40's are junk, even withnthe updates.

If you want better distance, get the longer antenna's. Buddy sells 'em, and there cheap.
