My first bear. 501lbs, had my two dogs on it and 15 others.

congrats man what a fat sucker what does the biggest bears wiegh there? a bear that weigh that much her would definetly be one of the largest in the area

Thanks man, yea he was a pigg. That was a coast bear and thats a good one, there were a bunch of bears i heard killed over 600. Biggest i heard was 677lbs. He was the biggest on our party.

Yea they got a plethera of food and water. Plenty of thick places to hide and get big. Where we were huntin at they have a 3 day season in November and a 3 day season in December.

Both, they treed him in bout 20mins after free castin them in one of those thick bays. Tied dogs back, put it on his head and shot, he went limp and fell out bout 60 feet, hit the ground, bounce and ran off!!! Made a big lap in the bay and came back towards us, ran out the tunnels they got threw those bays and guy shot him comin around a log and the bear stopped wheeled around and started fightin dogs, i shot 3 quick shots threw his shoulders and back and he rolled up dead and shot one more time in the head to make sure he was dead.
O yea, it was a blast threw 300yds of those east coast bays. lol
