Mexican steak....

4-5 thinly sliced steaks
1 can tomatoe sauce
4-5 jalepenos yellow or green!
1 onion
cooking oil
In a large to medium frying pan with oil add
your seasoned steaks quick fry...but not long!
add your tomatoe sauce, sliced jalepenos, and onion
cover and simmer for desired steak tendencies

flip steaks and stir occasionally..

place in a warm tortilla/burrito like

and ENJOY!

also excellent with mashed potatoes and green bean!!
