Breaking dog off coyote

Hey i can't afford buying a shocking collar, and my dog is starting to run coyote a bit. what can i do to break him? its just i don't know if he's smelling coyote or coon so i don't know whether to encourage him or scold him. any suggestions would help.

You could go out during the day and find a yote and turn out on it and if he goes get him and take care of it. O you could shoot a yote and hide it out and drive by at nite and see if he strikes it and then you can take care of it. Those two ways are quick and safe ways to see what the dog is doing.

cull it now sell sell sell to me if its a redbone been looking for a redbone to run on yotes.If it naturally like yotes you may have the making of a right fine yote hound other than that it is hard to break a dog off trash if they have it in there head that is what they want to run. good luck with him though
