Well its not really a pack, I have had two hounds (young) and hunted them for the past two years with out any other dogs around. I just got another dog that is the same age. How long does it take for them to figure out their place. Do I hunt the heck out of them or do I give them some time to get used to each other? I don't want three individual dogs I would like a pack.

Hunt them as much as you can. They won't learn a thing sitting in a kennel. Why would you not want your dogs to be individuals? I much prefer a dog that can do everything by himself. Me too dogs will always have to rely on other dogs. What happens when that other dogs dies, now you've got two dogs that can't catch a critter.

Hunt them as much as possible,They will bond at home it they are kept close together.I always tie the new hound in the center of the other hounds.
