I have a Kemmer Mt Cur who will do a go job on a Lion. Know a couple of other guys here in Az and Nev that also run lions with their Kemmers.

I have a blackmouth cur that does ok on cats. She is really hot nosed and fast- so a fresh track is pretty easy, but long tracks are not her strong area. They are a pleasure to handle and good to have along for grit.

You Bet there made for cat huntin, you just have to handle them a little differant. I run lep curs one line the mcduffie witch our great for trailing an treeing to were i have a muddy stump jumper lep line that are more the cat breed cur line which are tighter in the mouth but catch well. We are able to use this line on game and cattle. Good luck give them a chance!
