heres what going on with heres on for the books

well they changed the charges agents me a few times.it went from title 14 ccr 4305 a . to two other charges that the da sent n a letter in there were t 14 ccr4311a. an also fg code 1054a n the also informed me they had to change the court date that the day the park ranger put on the ticket was only for traffic so i go to court n the judge reads me a different fish n game charge which is fg code265c that charge is hunting with more than one dog plus the ccr 4305 a charge.i only had 2 hounds n my dog box n there were 2 of us with bear tags my dogs were never out of there box n also he never asked to see lics n tag so the judge says the da has a plea bargin an that is u pay the f n g fine which she couldnt tell me what that was couldnt locate it n here book n also 2 years!!!!! no hunting plus probation the to top that off i had to go to the jail n get booked n released photos finger prints the hole shabang so next court date feb 1 ive never had any thing like this n my life n it really stressin me out

Sorry to hear. seems if you got hounds your guilty.thet wild justice show crap and lies don't make hound people look anybetter. when A time when we have 5 times more hound people and have half the place's to hunt they must look at us as easy money!!

yes nevada court and im also trying to figure out what they consider a hound dog n hunting mode i heard each officer may have a different call on that

I had a deal with the DA up here about 10 years ago when a guy snuck into my dogs and shot a sow with a cub before I could get there, I confronted the guy, took his bear tag for positive ID, called Caltip (doing what I thought was the right thing and not busting his nose like I should have) took F&G out to the site where he shot the sow (he only took about 1/2 the bear out) they took pictures and reports to the DA and he refused to prosecute due to "lack of jury appeal" I know there's a different DA now but if you stand up to them they may backoff.

no ive had to get a public defender.sure wish i could afford a lawyer.ive hunted all my life n started huntin with hounds about 8 years ago and it seems it just gets worse ever year i tell u one thing if u got a dog box on your truck your 99.9 % to get pulled over.

Having the charges revised by the authorities from hunting in a park to the use of more than one dog is a very fortunate turn of events given both your indication of your dogs being in the box and the presence of two bear tags and how the Department has defined how a dog is considered to be "in use" in writing.

If everything indicated up to now has been accurate, I truly hope you pursue this to a verdict and not accept a plea bargain.

they said i could not get a copy of the report myself so ive asked the plublic defender to try n get a copy of the park rangers report. RIFLEMAN do u have a number i can contact u at if so would like to tell u whats going on with this.
