bobcat tracks this afternoon

Post by J.T. »

Finally got to put down on a bobcat track with one dog, he worked in about 425 yard circle of me and then got stuck for awhile and then flew out of the country, i found him about a mile away chasing a nice four point buck so he got the tritronics cause he wouldnt respond to the tone, when i took his collar off it had deer hair stuck in between the collar and the dc40 and he was a little bloody so i think he got his but kicked by the deer.https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hp ... 0452_n.jpg

Can't see in the track, but if those are bobcat, it's 2 cats. They are very sloppy for cat tracks.

The tracks look awfully pointed to be a bobcat......you sure you weren't running a coyote??

That ain't no cat track. Acts more like a fox with that double step.

These Nevada bobbers will show the best cat dogs whats up. I have never caught one with the dogs in nv in my entire life. But CA, OR, WA, ID, UT and AZ I've never had a problem catchin em. Mondomuttruner I've never seen a fox double step only cats.
