Luckiest Houndsman

My brother tells me all the time that I have to be the luckiest houndsman. I have not had a kill tag in over ten years, I do not even own a gun and have never had a dog killed by a lion. Ive had four dogs fall off of pretty high cliffs and all four of them lived. After yesterdays chase I am beginning to think my brother is right. You might think so to after watching this video...

L&L good job guys and great video! It's great to be lucky but it is also handy to have a carbine if you need it. I knew a a fellow that said he didn't want to carry a gun because he didn't want to be tempted to shoot a lion and end his season. He wasn't so lucky and a big tom in the bluffs put him out of the dog business quick. He said later you know one quick shot at 30 feet and I would have burned my tag but I still would have had my dog.

I do however understand the kill tage situation in your area.
