Re: kemmer cur on hog?
One of my main dogs is a kemmer, shes great only problems ive seen with the ones ive tried somtimes they are a bit more open then the other curs but seen plenty silent ones to. Range can be an issue but when i get mine in good sign they are gone. Ive herd some people complain about grit but most the ones ive had were fairly gritty. They are definatly worth a shot and can make some great hog dogs.

my finished kemmer is a hog dog. dead silent, ranges around 400 yards and well just to put it this way this past saturday she had a weak hog caught and held it til two other dogs got their. find the ones that go back to gold nugget. the only thing with them i am not liking is the lack of nose.

Kemmer curs make great hog dogs most of them are very tight mouth unless it is a very hot track one of the most athletic dogs i have seen and hunt very hard and want find them under your feet. They will hunt for awhile and check back in very gritty breed
