There is a problem with that statement in California. To this day in the academy they are still teaching using the Klein report.
Quote from report "keep the pressure on the houndsman". Quote "from our sample of about 100 houndsmen, virtually everyone was engaged in or condoned illegal activity".
As you can see you are guilty if you are a houndsmen. No matter what. This is what is being taught to wardens in the academy and it just isn't right. I know an old retired warden and i still talk to him. His daughter went through the academy 2 years ago and told him that 70% of the people in the academy had NEVER HUNTED OR FISHED ONE SINGLE DAY IN THERE LIFE.
It is only going to get worse but i will fight until the end to keep my rights.
