training advice anyone???

I have two pups about seven months old, I hope to run them for bear and bobcat. I was wondering if anyone had some advice for me. and also if I get them started with a coon in a cage would me doing drags with coon scent screw them up?

No, doing the drags after the caged coon stuff won't screw them up, but put that caged coon in the tree at the end of the drag and it will help a lot. This is a method, there are many like it, that a lot of people use. http://biggamehoundsmen.com/CatTraining1.php
