Re: 2012 lion season coming to a end
Matt or whoever you are since you don't post your name. Thats about the lamest post I've ever read. You really think I've been running hounds for the last 32 years that can't catch game?
I raise every pup with deer and elk in the same pen. They grow up with them and are so conditioned to being with them every day, they could care less about them. Feel free to watch any of my videos if you want to see my dogs at a tree. I'm trying to help guys that are willing to try something new that actually works, not keep using the same lousy methods that have proven time after time that dont work. So go ahead and keep your head in the sand or wherever it is, doesn't bother me.

How do you get a pet mule deer?
I think it is a great idea, although only having two dogs I don't think I could justify having a deer just for that reason.

Become a licensed wildlife rehabilitator as I was or get a wildlife parks license as we do now.

you guys are pathetic. all FullCry was trying to do is show another method of trash breaking dogs from running deer. the statement in the first post says it is impossible to completely break dogs from deer or elk and that is not true. i sure like his thinking though and if i had the room, fence, and license i would do it for sure. i really don't get this thinking that someone has to come down for a hunt to prove something. just go hunt your dogs and keep to yourself. if you don't like when someone who has been hunting for over 30 years tries to show another proven method of training, just don't try that method. do whatever suits you and your dogs.
