This is not really a joke , but an obsevation! Ever since the Department of Homeland Security has been formed, it seems all our government agencies have become sloppy.
I mean think about it, the Secret Service was always known for paying full price and very dicreet! Case in point, Look how many "women" were shuttled in and out of the White House in the Kennedy era without a single scandal.
