Got one up today early tryed for 2 but dogs screwed up on the second run.Ended up treed after a long run but i couldnt see any thing in the tree leaves everywhere was very hard to see.Dogs were treeing hard like they could see it. Maybe they could see but i couldn,t Anyways my young dog oak made his second tree start to finish and was actually doing a nice job treeing.Oak, Cole and Guiness treed this bear today.

I have had him for over 5 years now.He came from pete his sire was one of pete,s dogs named (Pup).Cole has been a good dog for me not a superstar but just a good bear dog and Pretty straight.Straight as i have seen them anyways.Image

popup bear yesterday - was walking young dog on leash around a cornfield - i heard , then saw bear run in woods -- that happens to me bout once every ten years lol
for about 1.2 seconds i considered going and getting more dogs -- lol

i let him go and he was treed before i could get back to truck and get more dogs - partner showed up and we let more dogs in and had a bark fest --
rather be lucky than good :)
