S.B. 1221 Update
This evil bill now heads to the Senate Committe on Appropriations. They will be meeting Monday May 7, at 11:00 am room 4203 at the Senate in Sacramento. Unfortunately this committee includes Senator Lieu, author of S.B. 1221, Senator Steinberg, co-author of S.B. 1221, and Senator Kehoe, who is on Water and Resources and has already voted for it. Keep up the fight. -Pete
