Has anyone been using the Tinyloc and if so have you liked it? thanks.

sure looks gd wish guys tryed them out i dont like there outta spain wish they had a usa base

You have to plug it in to a computer to see it on a map. pretty much a telemetry system untill you get home, unless you carry a labtop in the field with you.

Can you use a smart phone or does it have to be a pc?

I run 4 of these collars and 4 garmins. all the pups and young dogs that might trash wear the garmins because you can see on the screen where they're at. The more broke dogs that I want to make sure I'm gonna get back wear the tinyloc because you get a true gps reading (distance and direction) for 7 full days but the direction is only an arrow simular to the dog page on a garmin. With that said I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH EITHER SYSTEM!!! battery life sucks on garmin and i would love a realtime screen on the tinyloc. Later Jeff
