No different than anything else. Some like them some don't. Depends on what your looking for. Good ones, and bad ones in all lines. Just have to hunt them to find what suits you.

The best Plotts come from the Animal Shelter. I received a Shelter Plott a few years back I named Buck. Best damn Plott i have ever hunted with. Other than that Plott. That is about all I know concerning the plott breed!
