Josh Kunde wrote:well thats good stuff, I really like the pics. My grandparents live in Janesville Cal. and I was planning on going up there sometime and trying to hook up with a bear hunter up there, is westpoint close to there? maybe we can hook up and chase some bear when I head that way.
Josh
Hey Josh, I think Janesville is a couple hours south of me but I'm not for sure, our bear season opens on the coast the middle of Aug. and it's missrable then as it's hot the country I hunt over there is nothing but brush, all bay-ups and hardly ever a tree there but it's a good place to test the young dogs and get them all in shape, the country that I live in opens the second or third weekend in Oct. and runs till the end of the year, I hunt from the house then as I can tree a bear within 10 miles of the house, you're welcome to come check it out if ya want to as I go all the time, just let me know and we'll stand under a couple trees. Have a good1, Mike

:D Janesville is basically north of you, Mike and not very close. Janesville is right by Susanville and about 90 miles SE of me.

Nice looking Leopards! Just joined the ALCBA. I used to competition hunt, possibly going to get back into it. Have way too many coon here to pass up on the kill season. Looking for my first Leopard, have only one mountain cur left. Going to get into the bear and bobcat game more and looking forward to meeting up with some Michigan hunters.

Mike, those are some nice loking Leopards. Really like the markings and they are taking care of business! Hope to make it out that way sometime, let me know if you plan on making any crosses in the future.

Hey Curt; Thanks for the compliments, I really like these dogs as they do a good job for me. Randy and I just bred a fefale of his to my Dusty dog and I'm going to breed him back to his mother when she comes in heat, I just hope it;s before or after bear season. She is very agressive on bear and all game for that matter and Dusty is also, will deffinatly make a good cross. You have a good1, Mike
