Great Back pack Company

I have been impressed with my Badlands pack for many years now. But They wowed me with thier great customer service these pase few weeks. I have an older 2200 series pack that has been through a lot. I just was recently looking at thier on line sire and notice that my pack was missing a few features (since it was an early version). I called customer service last week wanting to purchase the new add ons. After a few minutes talking with the rep he told me what I was missing and proceeded to get my shipping information. I was just finishing up giving him my info when he asked me if there was anything else he could help me with today. I replied "dont you need my credit card info so I can pay?" He Said "no its on us".

After we hung up the phone I was pretty shocked that they were just going to send the new add ons to me. So I waited a few days to see if the delivery would come. With out a doubt a few day later my items showed up on my door step. NOt only did the Items show but the Items that were made of thier camo material showed in both prints so I definitly got the correct pattern.

I would recomend anyone looking for a back pack to take a look at thier page. They can be kind of pricy but well worth it.
