Obama and Biden walking the dog

It is Sunday morning and Joe Biden decides it is a fine day to take his puggle down to the park for a walk. When they get there, they see President Obama jogging. The President stops running and walks with the VP and his dog so they can discuss some "very pressing matters." They walk a little way and jogger stops and takes a long hard look and the puggle's hind end. Both the Pres and VP think to themselves, "that was odd," and continue on their walk. An old lady walks up to them and picks up the puggle and takes a look at its rear end, gets a confused look on her face, and then sets it down and begins to walk away. Finally the President says, "hey mam, why did you look at that dog's butt?" She replies, "I have been sitting here all morning feeding the pigeons and I have heard ten different people point at this dog and say, 'look at that ugly dog with the two assholes.'"
