For you Wyoming houndsmen...

I'm tossing around the idea of going to Wy after I graduate college. Which part of the state (towns, cities) offers the best availability of good coon hunting in the lowlands and good lion/bobcat populations in the hills and mountains? Overall, just the easiest area to live in socially, financially, amenity wise, etc.. for someone who hunts with hounds. Thanks so much.

P.S= Are wolves a problem across the entire state? As I understand it, WY G&F recently classified them as a shoot on site predator for the majority of the state outside the greater Yellow stone area.
