GR.FCH, GR.CH, WCH, `PR` MCDONNELL`S ROOSTER COGBURN is a proven bear hound from truck to tree. rooster is my start dog, he will rig or take a cold trail off a bait the right way everytime and get it up. he also free casts with the best of them, just put him in some woods with bear and you can pretty much count on getting a chase going. rooster will tree all day or stay with a mean bear on the ground with help or alone. his offspring from his 1st litter are also doing very well on bear too.
